This discrepancy concerns the Sealed Egg claim entry, not every test reward or the entire redemption portal. Do not unlink an account to resolve contradictory event notices.
- Not yet claimed: check the event entry on your own account and server. The Chinese notice names Activity Center → Test Rewards Return; menu translations may differ. Follow the instructions actually shown there.
- Already claimed: check whether that entry offers an official re-claim. Do not delete, release or overwrite an existing egg or companion based on this guide; eligibility for your individual claim is not established by the public notice.
- Entry missing or the wrong egg data remains: keep the platform, server, installed build and claim history for official support. Do not create another character as a test.

The new 1.0.3551601.0 patch fixes Bond Egg hatching conditions not matching their descriptions. It supplies neither a new hatching duration nor an explicit instruction that every old beta reward can now be claimed again.
Keep three checks separate: can I claim this reward?, what conditions does this egg need to hatch?, and are its Innate Potential data correct? A fix to one is not proof about the others. Compare the current egg description and hatching screen, and use the dated claim-source comparison above for the earlier notices.
Do not discard an existing egg, unlink an account or buy an accelerator merely because the patch mentions hatching. Read the new patch and ask official support about a particular existing claim.
Use the official redemption page
This leaves Aniimo Catch. The September 16 announcement says eligible players can check test-exclusive rewards and Bonded Promise archived eggs there. We do not host a login form or claim rewards on your behalf.
Before proceeding, compare the address with the official announcement. Stop if a third party requests a payment, login code or password in exchange for a reward.

Same email text does not guarantee the same sign-in route
Write down whether you used a typed email plus code, a third-party button or Steam. This small distinction is more useful to support than repeatedly creating a new account.
If you see an already-linked email message, stop retrying account changes. Keep the exact wording for support. See account linking for cross-platform and server checks; the website cannot determine which identity owns your rewards.
Beta progress reset is not the same as lost rewards
The launch announcement confirms that earlier test data is not retained. An eligible reward or rebate is separate from that old save. Do not expect the redemption page to restore beta levels, a beta character or every previously caught Aniimo.

Prepare one clear support request
Tell support the test you joined, login method, current platform and whether a live character must be preserved. Explain which reward category is missing. Do not post private account evidence in public comments.
Use the in-game Menu → Support, or F10 on PC. If you cannot enter the game, use the official Support Center or [email protected]. Send account details only through official support, never this fan site. Do not share passwords or verification codes.
