Aniimo account linking: keep PC progress on mobile & console

Before you head out

Mobile launch now confirms cross-progression on the same account and server. Check the login provider as well as the email address. If the expected PC or console character is missing, stop before unlinking anything or creating another character.

September 30 account-safety notice: keep control of your login

The official September 30 notice covers enforcement during September 16–22, not a new September 30 patch. It warns against client tampering, cheating tools and account-boosting services; penalties can reach a ten-year ban. The publisher also cautions against sharing, lending or trading accounts, unofficial top-ups and false bonus offers.

Linking your own platforms is not handing your account to someone else. Keep the account, login provider and server checks below. Do not give a helper your password, verification code or access to your email. A missing character alone does not establish that an enforcement action applies to you.

If the game explicitly displays an account restriction, save its exact wording and follow the official support route. Do not attempt to bypass it with a different client or an “unban” service. We cannot inspect account decisions or promise reinstatement.

Before linking: account, login method, server

Write down the platform, the login method you used, and the server that holds your character. Identical-looking email addresses do not prove that two different sign-in methods lead to the same game account.

Official guidance says progress is shared across platforms within the same server; different servers keep independent progress. Check those details before concluding that a character has disappeared.

Returning beta player? Use the reward-specific notice

The September 15 notice recommends entering the test email manually and requesting a login code, rather than using the Google sign-in button. Before character creation, its email-linking route is Login Screen → Account Center → Account Management → Email.

For an existing character you need to keep, or a Steam-test reward case, the notice directs you to Customer Support. Our beta reward guide separates these cases before any account change.

Steam linking advice and reward exceptions are different

The September 14 FAQ describes linking Steam to an Aniimo Pass at the initial prompt or later through Email Link. The September 15 reward notice separately routes Steam testers with test rewards to support. Do not turn the earlier general linking instruction into a promise that relinking will restore a missing reward.

If an email is already linked, do not keep creating accounts or unlinking providers as an experiment. Record the exact message and whether you have created a character; ask support to identify the correct route. We cannot merge accounts or verify ownership.

PS5 and Xbox: read the first-login prompt

For a first console login, the official FAQ warns that skipping the existing-account link prompt creates a new Aniimo Pass instead. Do not assume the Steam later-link route applies to consoles.

PS5 assigns a server from the PSN account region. Check it against the server of your existing character before linking. Console pre-order rewards must first be claimed on the purchasing console platform; account linking is not a way to bypass that claim step.

Mobile is live: a four-part continuity check

The September 23 mobile notice confirms progress, resources and party continuity on the same account and same server. Mobile availability does not transfer a character between independent servers.

  1. Record the existing character’s server. Different servers have independent progress. A new device is not a server transfer.
  2. Confirm the same game account and login method. Note the Aniimo Pass email or linked provider that reaches the character you already use. A similar email label on another provider is not proof of account equivalence.
  3. Read any first-time email-link prompt. The September 22 mobile FAQ describes the Link Email prompt and the one-email-per-third-party-account limit. Use the existing account’s email; if two existing characters or a prior skipped link are involved, ask support before changing the link.
  4. Check before creating another character. An unexpected character-creation screen warrants an account/provider/server check. Do not delete an existing character or unlink a provider to test whether it returns.

These checks follow the official same-server rule and first-login notice; they are not a promise to merge duplicate accounts. If your existing character must be preserved, use official support before relinking. Console first-login restrictions and Steam beta-reward cases keep their separate instructions above.

Use the mobile preload guide for store links. Downloading early does not itself confirm server opening or award a new claim entitlement.

If the character remains missing, follow the missing-progress checklist and use official support. Do not test account changes by deleting characters.

The September 22 mobile FAQ now explains the general Link Email prompt for first-time third-party login. Use the email belonging to the existing game account or previous registration; verify the provider and server before continuing. One email may link multiple third-party platform accounts, but each third-party account can link to only one email. This is not a promise to merge duplicate accounts or transfer a character between servers.

The older September 15 reward notice discusses new users and specific existing-character exceptions. Its warning to seek support for character-preserving relinking still matters, but it should not replace the later general mobile instructions. Read the actual prompt; when two existing accounts or a prior skipped link are involved, stop and ask official support rather than assume a safe automatic merge.

Keep your character safe

We do not recommend the character-loss relinking path as a routine fix. Do not share screenshots containing login codes, and do not send account information to another player offering a reward fix.

Use the in-game Menu → Support, or F10 on PC. If you cannot enter the game, use the official Support Center or [email protected]. Send account details only through official support, never this fan site. Do not share passwords or verification codes.

Good questions.

Is typing my Gmail address the same as clicking Sign in with Google?

Do not assume so. The official reward notice specifically recommends entering the test email manually and logging in with a verification code.

Can I move progress to another server by linking accounts?

No. The official FAQ says progress is independent across servers.

I have Steam beta rewards and want to keep my current character. What next?

Use official Customer Support before changing links. The September 15 reward notice explicitly routes Steam-test reward cases and character-preservation cases to support.

Why is my PC character missing on mobile?

First check that the game account, sign-in provider and server match the existing character. Shared progress does not extend across independent servers. Contact official support before creating duplicate accounts or changing links.

Does a missing character prove my account was banned?

No. Check the login provider and game server first. An explicit account restriction needs official support; the September 30 notice does not diagnose an individual character or login error.
