Start with Student I and your server’s Windchaser’s Departure opening. The current announced route uses Iris Petals to craft Legendary Aniipod: Irisalis, opening its Rift Space. Legendary Aniipod: Windchaser’s Departure is a different seasonal craft, not the item name to substitute for the first unlock.
September 25: check your own server’s opening
Windchaser’s Departure is scheduled to open at 10:00 in each server’s published offset. This September 25 review replaces the old September 23 “still upcoming” guidance. It does not claim every server is open at the same instant.

Iris Petals: use the weekly source, then craft the right pod
The official version 1.1 notice adds a weekly-limited Iris Petal source. It does not publish the exact weekly allowance, reset weekday, crafting price or a complete location list. A number repeated by another guide is not verified by this announcement.
- Check Student I and your server’s event opening.
- Open the in-game Legendary Journey entry and read its available Iris Petal tasks and remaining allowance.
- Inspect the recipe for Legendary Aniipod: Irisalis; compare its required amount with your inventory.
- Craft that pod and follow the unlocked Rift Space encounter. After befriending Irisalis, check Blessing Gifts and Transmog.
- Read the second seasonal pod’s recipe and target restrictions before committing more petals.
The menu-check sequence is our preparation advice. It is not a claimed playtest, hidden quest route or guaranteed refund procedure.
| Item | Role in the announced sequence |
|---|---|
| Legendary Aniipod: Irisalis | Craft with the required Iris Petals to unlock Irisalis’s Rift Space. Forge the Twine to unlock Blessing Gifts; befriending Irisalis also unlocks its exclusive Transmog ability. |
| Legendary Aniipod: Windchaser’s Departure | A separate seasonal craft using Iris Petals after crafting the Irisalis pod. The notice ties 100% capture, Perfect Innate Potential, Sparkling Form and seasonal perks to this named item. |
Do not transfer that guarantee to ordinary Aniipods or every target. Keep Sparkling Form as the source names it, rather than silently equating it with Prismana. Check the live item’s allowed targets before spending it.
Earlier legendary route: background, not a full seasonal recipe
The developer letter describes this sequence: collect legendary tokens through exploration and story progress, craft a personal Legendary Aniipod, then use the map encounter to follow the story, defeat Irisalis and make the catch. The encounter is described as a one-time experience.
Our planner turns that sequence into a personal checklist. It does not inspect your inventory or unlock anything in your game.
The September 3 design outline does not establish every seasonal quest transition. Use the current Windchaser event and item prompts rather than substituting old token quantities.
Prepare without wasting a session
- Start with your current objective. Write down the exact quest or instruction the game gives you.
- Keep a token note. Record the source of each token you find, rather than assuming that a beta farming loop still works.
- Read the crafting screen. Use the requirements shown in your version of the game. Do not spend based on an unsourced recipe.
- Prepare before entering. Save a note of your setup and leave time to follow the encounter, instead of approaching it as an endlessly repeatable farm.
These are preparation recommendations, not additional unlock requirements.
What is not confirmed here
The confirmed entry rank is Student I. The announcement names weekly-limited Iris Petals and two separate crafts, but does not establish exact petal costs, the weekly reset hour, every petal source or all permitted targets for the seasonal pod.
A universal 99-petal recipe, a complete Alpha checklist or a paid shortcut is not verified here. Check the in-game recipe and event allowance. The community map is useful for orientation; it does not unlock Irisalis or prove every petal location.
How to spot an outdated guide
Check its publication date and the game build. A guide centered on repeatedly paying an entry cost and throwing ordinary catching items may describe an earlier test rather than the announced launch design. Compare its method with the developer letter before following it.
Good questions.
Is the old Irisalis capture loop still the launch method?
The September 3 developer letter describes a redesigned route involving legendary tokens and a personal Legendary Aniipod. Do not assume an earlier test guide still applies.
Does this guide give exact token locations?
No. Complete seasonal token locations and quantities are not verified here. The version 1.1 notice does supply Student I as the Windchaser stage unlock requirement.
What is the Windchaser’s Departure unlock requirement?
The version 1.1 notice specifies Student I and a September 25 start at 10:00 in each region’s listed server offset. The special-item capture guarantee is not a guarantee for ordinary catching items.
Which Aniipod unlocks Irisalis’s Rift Space?
Legendary Aniipod: Irisalis. The Windchaser’s Departure Aniipod is a separate seasonal craft after that first item.
How many Iris Petals do I need?
The reviewed announcement does not give a crafting number or weekly allowance. Use the actual recipe and event screen; we do not present 99 as an independently verified universal requirement.
