Check more than your operating-system version. Aniimo’s official chart specifies device or chipset, RAM, free storage and controller limits. The store’s installation threshold differs from the studio’s gameplay guidance; neither is a promise of a particular frame rate.
iPhone requirements: compare the whole device
| Requirement | Minimum | Recommended |
|---|---|---|
| Device | iPhone 11 (A13) | iPhone 14 Pro (A16) or newer |
| Operating system | iOS 16 | iOS 16 or later |
| RAM | 4 GB | 6 GB or more |
| Available storage | 18 GB | 18 GB |
These values are transcribed from the official requirements chart dated September 14 and checked again for this mobile preparation guide. “Minimum” is not a high-settings or 60 FPS certification. We have not benchmarked a phone, inferred a full iPad support list or tested each storefront region.
Android requirements: chipset, RAM and graphics API
| Requirement | Minimum | Recommended |
|---|---|---|
| Chipset | Snapdragon 855 / Dimensity 1000 | Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 / Dimensity 9200 or better |
| Operating system | Android 10 | Android 10 |
| RAM | 6 GB | 8 GB or more |
| Graphics API | Vulkan 1.1 | Vulkan 1.1 or later |
| Available storage | 18 GB | 18 GB |
The chart names Qualcomm and MediaTek chipsets. It does not supply a universal ranking for every Exynos, Kirin or other chip. Do not infer equivalent support from the Android version or storage capacity alone. The recommended column also says Android 10; that wording is retained rather than silently inventing a higher OS requirement.
Why does the App Store say iOS 15 instead?
The United States App Store listing inspected for this review says iOS 15.0 or later and iPadOS 15.0 or later. The studio’s chart specifies iOS 16 alongside iPhone and RAM requirements. Those two sources do not have the same threshold.
Use the current store page to check installation eligibility for your device and region. For gameplay preparation, plan against the studio’s fuller device/OS/RAM guidance. We do not treat the listing as evidence that iOS 15 gameplay is validated, nor label the difference a confirmed launch bug. Ask official support when the two sources leave your device’s support uncertain.
18 GB free space is not RAM or the app package
The studio chart requests 18 GB of available storage for both mobile platforms. RAM is a different requirement: iOS lists 4 GB minimum, while Android lists 6 GB minimum. Freeing storage does not add RAM to the phone.
The inspected US App Store page reports a 3.7 GB app size. That figure is not interchangeable with the studio’s storage allowance or a measured final install size. Client resources and later updates can change what is required. Check the live store and in-game prompts, and do not assume that a smaller package means only that amount of free space is needed.
Mobile controllers: what the studio actually lists
The official chart lists PS5 controllers over Bluetooth, Xbox controllers over Bluetooth, EasySMX M20 and GameSir G8+, along with Apple MFi-certified telescopic controllers and GameSir X4 Aileron for Android only. This is the studio’s support list, not our hands-on accessory testing or a shopping recommendation.
Mobile limits: Nintendo Switch and Joy-Con controllers are not supported; Android telescopic controllers are not supported on iOS; controller vibration is not supported on mobile. A PC controller list must not be copied over as proof of mobile support.
Start with the platform and connection type specified by the chart. A controller connecting to the phone does not itself certify every in-game input. Avoid buying an adapter or assuming an unlisted model works solely because a different controller appears here.
What to do before the first mobile session
Use the mobile pre-download guide for official store links and timezone conversions, then check account and server continuity before logging in. Do not use the PC launcher’s repair commands, DX11/DX12 options or Steam Input setting as native iOS/Android instructions.
For an under-spec device, this page does not offer a bypass, a made-up “low-end guaranteed” setting or an FPS estimate. Cloud streaming has its own supported-device, region, account and network requirements and is not an offline native client.
Good questions.
What are the minimum Aniimo mobile requirements?
The studio chart lists iPhone 11 (A13), iOS 16 and 4 GB RAM for iOS; Snapdragon 855 or Dimensity 1000, Android 10, 6 GB RAM and Vulkan 1.1 for Android. Both need 18 GB of available storage.
Can I trust iOS 15 in the App Store instead of iOS 16 in the chart?
The inspected US listing and studio chart have different thresholds. Store installation eligibility is not proof of validated gameplay. Check both sources and seek official support for an uncertain device.
Does meeting recommended specs guarantee 60 FPS?
No frame-rate guarantee is established by the reviewed chart. We have not benchmarked devices or measured launch-build performance.
Can I use Joy-Con or vibration on mobile?
The chart says Nintendo Switch and Joy-Con controllers are not supported on mobile, and mobile controller vibration is not supported.
Is an Android telescopic controller supported on iPhone?
The official chart explicitly says telescopic controllers for Android are not supported on iOS. Check the exact platform-specific support list.
