Three Sanctum failures have different source contexts: repeated-faint revival, two-player Unstuck, and restarting during the fainting black screen. Version 1.1 explicitly lists the restart case as fixed; it is not a universal revival command or a guarantee that all interrupted progress is restored.
Version 1.1: restarting during the fainting black screen
The official version 1.1 notice names a character getting stuck when the client was restarted during the black screen of fainting in a Sanctum. It lists that specific sequence as fixed.
Do not deliberately interrupt fainting to test the issue or turn this fix into an instruction to repeatedly force-close the game. On the updated client, distinguish an ordinary revival prompt from a scene that is completely unresponsive. Preserve evidence and use official support if stuck; the note supplies no save-file repair or promise to restore every checkpoint or unclaimed reward.
Check the exact revival failure
The official 1.0.3551601.0 note lists a rare case in which the active Aniimo fails to revive after fainting multiple times in a Sanctum. Its recovery advice is to leave and re-enter the current scene if the problem remains.
The note does not specify a number of faints, a particular species, a specific Sanctum route or a paid revival item. A normal faint, a frozen menu, a black screen and a blocked two-player mechanism should not automatically be treated as this defect. Read the patch for the exact scope.
Update, then use the normal scene exit
- Check the installed version. Apply available updates through your official storefront or launcher. Keep the same account and server.
- Record the symptom. Note the Sanctum and active Aniimo, and whether this followed repeated faints. Capture an error or disabled revival prompt when possible.
- Exit and re-enter the current scene. This is the recovery step given in the notice. Use normal in-game controls and read any exit warning before confirming.
- Check the result. If revival is still unavailable, stop repeating the same loop and send the build and reproduction steps to support.
We have not playtested your session. The patch does not promise that every checkpoint, partial challenge or unclaimed reward is preserved when you leave. Do not interpret this recovery advice as a guarantee of progress retention.
Three blockers that need different guidance
| Symptom | Correct scope |
|---|---|
| Repeated faints, then the active Aniimo cannot revive. | The September 19 revival fix and scene re-entry advice on this page. |
| Stuck after Unstuck while using a two-player mechanism. | The separate 1.0.3544783.0 Sanctum mechanism fix. |
| Terrain blocks Butterfly Shadow collection in the story quest. | The Butterfly Shadows terrain guide, not a revival procedure. |
For a black or red screen instead of a revival prompt, use graphics troubleshooting. Do not import an unrelated quest reset or form-switching trick.
When the interface will not let you leave
A completely unresponsive scene is not the same as a usable revival prompt. The later 1.1 restart/fainting fix above does not create a special recovery command. Capture the symptom when possible and contact official support; do not repeatedly restart during the fainting transition as a troubleshooting experiment.
Do not delete a character, unlink platforms, replace game files with unofficial fixes or repeat faints deliberately. The older scene-exit advice applies when ordinary controls are available and you can read the exit warning.
Make a useful support report
Provide the platform/storefront, server, installed build, Sanctum name, active Aniimo and form, the sequence before the failure, and whether leaving and re-entering helped. Include a screenshot or recording and an approximate time with timezone. Keep credentials out of the recording.
Contact the game through Menu → Support (F10 on PC), or [email protected] when you cannot enter. Send account identifiers only through official support, not this fan site. Never send passwords or verification codes.
Good questions.
Is restarting during a Sanctum fainting black screen the same bug?
No. The version 1.1 notice names that restart/interruption case separately from the older repeated-faint revival issue. Its fix is not an instruction to force-close the client or a promise to restore interrupted rewards.
Which patch fixes Aniimo not reviving in a Sanctum?
Version 1.0.3551601.0 names a rare failure after the active Aniimo faints multiple times in a Sanctum.
What does the official notice suggest if it still happens?
Exit and re-enter the current scene. Read any normal exit warning; the notice does not guarantee preservation of all partial progress.
Does Unstuck definitely fix the revival problem?
No. The older Unstuck fix concerns interaction with a two-player Sanctum mechanism. It is not a documented revival procedure.
Should I change accounts or delete my character?
No. Those actions are not part of the official advice and could create unrelated progress or account problems.
